CT is a peer driven recovery and social center for any community member looking for a supportive environemnt to heal, socialize and exercise in.
Fitness can be FUN! A Body Groove class will get you moving, sweating and laughing in a group fitness experience that lets you move your body, your way. You cannot groove wrong. Cha-cha, stomp, bounce & shake to music that revs up your heart rate, gets your endorphins flowing and strengthens your muscles.
