Uncork your creativity and stretch out your mind, body & spirit in this happy hour paint, sip & yoga class.

You will paint an exclusive, Lift Your Spirits reusable wine tumbler and enjoy a playful & empowering yoga session.

Dee, founder of LEAP-Groove is certified in Social & Emotional Learning Facilitation, Trauma-informed yoga & interviewing, Mental Health First Aid facilitation and conflict resolution. Also holding certification in Group Fitness Instruction, she combines these techniques to create inspiring, and effective Leadership & Team-Building sessions for you and your staff, or team.

Partner Yoga and Floating yoga classes are ideal for modelling effective teamwork, embracing vulnerability, and understanding that failure is essential to success.
